Private Instruction- Private Yoga, Meditation or Health Coaching is one of the best ways to begin a new health routine or enrich an existing routine because the focus is all on you- and the direct guidance and feedback is unique to your needs, abilities and goals. Sadhu has learned DIRECTLY from great masters in yoga, meditation and holistic health & healing from around the world and has the ability to make very deep and transformational techniques lifestyle shifts simple and accessible to anyone.
 
Holistic Health Coaching- Living with less stress and becoming healthier, in most cases, is a simple reframing and refocusing of things we already do everyday anyway that shifts a negative cause-and-effect dynamic into a positive cause-and-effect dynamic. Sadhu works with you through very practical guidance of simple lifestyle changes such as better posture, breathing better and nutritional alternatives and combines this with guided meditation sessions, realistic health goal setting and constant hands-on guidance & feedback to help you not only get healthier but to thrive.
*Health Coaching is a minimum 8 session package which includes a FREE consultation.
 
Meditation- Meditation is scientifically proven to be so beneficial to health & well-being that it’s now infiltrating most sectors of modern living on a global scale from competitive corporate culture, pain management & disease centers, high performance sports to all levels of public education. Oprah Winfrey, Warren Buffet and Bill Clinton are all long-time practitioners and now swear by it. It’s much simpler to learn than most people assume and it’s becoming just as fundamental to a healthy life as regular exercise and eating right.
 
Kundalini Yoga- Is practiced by people of all ages and backgrounds all over the world. Even a little bit of Kundalini Yoga can powerfully transform your level of health and how you respond to life. There are so many ways to bring it in to your life for amazing changes far beyond just what can be done on a yoga mat. Kundalini Yoga can be done by ANYONE and combines very impactful sound meditations (mantra), conscious breathing awareness and unique postural exercises that uniquely impact the nervous system and neuroendocrine sytem for a profound positive shift in physical, mental and emotional well-being.
 
Sound Healing- Sound Healing is a very effective therapeutic modality that uses vibrational sound to help reduce stress, alter consciousness and create an experience of deep peace & calm. It does this by fusing physical/mental bio-rhythms into greater cohesion & harmony. Sound therapy has also been shown to be a vital part of the healing process for anyone in dire need of emotional & physical healing or for pain relief management. During our waking state, the normal frequency of our brain waves is that of Beta. Sound tools entrain the brain to move into the deeper Alpha and Theta brain wave frequencies. These are the frequencies that induce deep meditative and peaceful states, clarity of mind and greater intuition. Modern medicine can now measure and thus confirm that sound frequency impacts the sympathetic nervous system as your brain waves synchronize which engages the relaxation reflex and slows down the respiratory, brain and heart rate to disrupt the pain reflex creating a deep sense of well being. Sadhu has been providing Sound Healing with the Australian Didgeridoo since 1999.

Group settings are fun, energizing and help to create strong community bonds, however, in group settings you are not able to access the personal attention and direct guidance that is provided in the one-on-one relationship with a teacher, personal health counselor or spiritual guide.
